CRM & Automation Specialist
Savills Ireland is Seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist
The Role
Savills is seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist to play a key supporting role in the development, support, and continuous improvement of our core business systems with a particular focus on Salesforce and AscendixRE.
Salesforce is our core CRM, serving approximately 400 users across fee earning and operational teams. The platform supports not only client and deal management but also a growing portfolio of automations and workflows that drive day-to-day operations across the business. Alongside this, the organisation relies on a mature data and reporting environment built on Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and Nintex, with APIs developed as needed to connect systems and move data reliably.
The successful candidate will work under the director of the existing specialist team to develop, enhance, and support key operational systems across all business lines, while helping to embed greater automation, data discipline, and operational efficiency across the organisation.
The role is ideally suited to someone who combines strong technical capability with a deep understanding of business processes and who can translate complex operational requirements into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will be comfortable working hands-on with platforms and data while also engaging confidently with stakeholders across every level of the business.
This is a delivery-focused role with genuine scope for growth, offering deep exposure to CRM platform development, enterprise automation, and data strategy within a high-performing professional services environment.

2. Automation and workflow delivery
Support the ongoing rollout of automation across multiple teams and business functions, working to design and implement workflow solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
Conduct structured technical discovery and process analysis to identify automation opportunities by examining existing workflows, mapping inefficiencies, and translating findings into actionable system improvements.
Design and deploy automated processes within Salesforce and related tools, reducing manual effort and improving consistency of operations across the business.
Ensure automation initiatives are grounded in real operational need and deliver tangible, sustainable benefits.
3. Data quality, governance and capture
Support improvements in data capture, data quality, and consistency across the key operational business systems recognising that reliable data is foundational to the organisation's automation and reporting ambitions.
Work with business teams to embed disciplined data practices, improve compliance with data standards, and ensure systems support accurate, complete, and decision-useful information.
Support data governance initiatives, including access controls, audit trails, and GDPR-aligned data handling practices.
4. Collaboration across technology functions
Work closely with both the CRM platform engineer and data/visualisation specialist to build depth of capability across systems, tools, and workflows.
Contribute to the team's platform knowledge, user support, and system evolution.
Assist with data preparation and movement using Alteryx, Nintex, and API-based integrations as required.
Develop practical fluency across the data toolset over time, building the team's collective depth and capacity in this area.
5. Business analysis and solution delivery
Translate business requirements into system enhancements, workflows, and practical solutions across the technology stack.
Support application-related projects, including platform enhancements, new rollouts, and enterprise-scale change initiatives such as system integrations or SaaS implementations.
