Part-Time Front of House/Receptionist
The Role / Location
The overall purpose of this role will be to manage the Reception and Front of House on a daily basis and provide a five-star service to the corporate clients. This is a high-profile reception role and requires the highest standard of corporate presentation and communication.
This is a part-time, 4 days per week role.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Carrying out all Reception and Front of House duties as part of the Front Office Team
Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, promoting a positive image at all times
Managing the switchboard and directing all calls efficiently, promptly, and professionally
Providing assistance and support to all visitors as required
Monitoring security cameras and promptly notifying the Facilities Manager of any security concerns or breaches
Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Maintaining the reception area to a consistently high standard, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well organised
Signing in and coordinating access for maintenance contractors in line with site procedures
Ensuring complete client satisfaction through the prompt and efficient handling of queries in a friendly and professional manner
Anticipating client and tenant needs and delivering service that meets and exceeds expectations
Person Specification
The successful candidate will:
Be highly customer-focused, flexible, and extremely well organised
Enjoy working in a corporate, front of house environment
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Present to a high standard in a corporate setting and have strong client relationship skills
Have the ability to multi-task effectively while demonstrating excellent attention to detail
Key Competencies

Previous experience in a Front of House or corporate reception role
A positive “can-do” attitude, with the confidence to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
