Savills Summer Internship - Residential & Country Agency
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Savills for a three-month summer placement. During this time, you will work within the Residential & Country Agency team to gain the broad practical experience and personal growth which will progress your academic and professional career. Role Specification
Market research – compiling sale comparable evidence for pitches which will include speaking with other property companies/peers and desktop research
Organizing viewings and accompanying the agent on viewings
Assisting and joining the agent on pitches while upholding confidentiality
Compiling marketing material for brochure and website listings
Liaising with our marketing team to organize social media and newspaper exposure
Responding to telephone and email enquiries and recording details on our CRM system
Regular use of Osi map technology
Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential and rural property market and carry out market research from time to time
Training and support for Savills Interns
Gain an in-depth knowledge of the property industry through exposure to a wide variety of departments and an introduction to some of the Ireland’s top sales agents and property managers.
Experience working with photographers, floorplan surveyors and cartographers to develop your design skills.
Interaction with a conveyancing solicitor to gain an understanding of the legal considerations.
Training in soft skills which include Negotiation, Networking and Managing Client Relationships, etc.
